Airbus has
announced an increase production of A330 and it is scheduled to ramp-up to 7 aircraft per month. Earlier- in January- had booked
orders for 1.610 air-planes of which 1.261 had been delivered.
Moreover since the wide-body A330 lunched in July 2014 268 new orders and 13 new customers A330 has enjoyed commercial success other countries like Saudia Arabia and South Africa among other countries.
It had a cut
output of older models in order to move to the new A350.
However has
received a boost when Iran agreed to buy 45 A330 jets as part of a $25
deal
Airbus
underscored that planned first deliveries in the fourth quarter of
2017, as the A330neo aircraft will expand operators' market
opportunities with a range capability increase of up to 400 nautical
miles, and offer better economics than its competitors while also
providing an inch greater seat-width in economy class for improved
passenger comfort.
As the
airlines expand their network by adding new long-haul routes so the
demand of new air-crafts will increase. But according to “WSJ”
reporting investors have become concerned, despite, that economic
prosperity period may be leading an end. The lower fuel prices
provoke anxiety and will depress demand for newer, more efficient
models.
