SINGAPORE AIRSHOW: BUSINESS MEETS TECHNOLOGY

 

Asia's biggest  aerospace and defence show  open its doors on Wednesday at Singapore. According to the latest news 45.152 trade attendees from 125 countries and regions will be participating this particular event.

The show is scheduled to be held until  21 February 2016.
A well known fact that this is the place for leading companies and budding players eager to make their mark in the international aerospace and defence market.
More than half on the exhibitors received orders or potential orders at the show.

"Singapore Air-show is one of the most important events in this region and probably the most important Air-show, so for SAAB as a big supplier for defence material in this region it is a must for us to be here" said Anders Dahl Saab Singapore Vice President.

"We had visits from ministers and chairmen of the main companies of Singapore and the region" said Jean Noel Stock Thales Solution CEO.

Moreover through the seminars and business forum attendees had the opportunity to explore all the new products, learn about new technology and establish deliveries agreements.

Such as Boeing who has announced commitment for 12 air-planes (737 aircraft type) by Okay Airways.Also Philippine Airlines has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Airbus for the order of 6 air-planes ( A350-900 type of aircraft).
