RYANAIR: LANDING ON TIME

More than 88% of Ryanair's flights had landed on time over 48.000 and one complaint per 1000 passengers according to customer service statistics which is released in March.

The Irish low cost company has not breaking its record since last year the numbers for punctuality for 2015 touched 92% and the fact that this year the numbers are lower than last year is a matter of ATC strikes said the air-carrier on its statement.

We continued to improve our customer experience, with our expanding route network and additional enhancements to come in year 3 of our “Always Getting Better” programme, Ryanair continues to deliver so much more than the lowest fares in Europe” said Ryanair's spokesman Robin Kiely.

Moreover the Irish carrier is going to boost its network within Europe by connecting more airports of north and central Europe with south Europe's airports.
