Csont is the new Vice President of Brand Management and appointed by Tim Mapes Senior vice president of the american air-carrier.
Among others things Mr Csont will take on and oversee the american airlines product development marketing programs and communication along with customer experience. As its known that Delta has global marketing team and Mr Csont will take on its leadership and among he will direct product design innovation creativity and specific design elements.

According to sources Mr Csont will come to Delta from an other industry such as electricity companys and this is not a fact that the air-carrier took into consideratio. However Delta’s executive Mapes believes that as former global chief Marketing officer for Network solutions at TE his record is a great tool as he will well- lead the Delta marketing team.
Moreover sousces explain that Csont will direct product design innovation creativity and specific design elements that deliver on Delta’s brand promise of being thoughtful reliable at all points of travel experience.
