Ryanair: New baggage fees policy


New policy of baggage fees announced Ryanair Friday. Thus for a domestic flight lasting shorter than 2 hours the fees has reduced by 50%.
Furthermore passenger who flies less than three hours will reap the benefits of bag charges reduced by 17%.
Ryanair's travellers will be able to add more bag to their on-line booking through Ryanair's mobile application and up to 3hours before the schedule take off.

With this new policy we offer two bags free of charges. We are continuing to offer our best and the biggest destination network with on-time flights and an excellent travel experience during our flights.And all these benefits with the lowest charges  said Spokesman Kenny Jacobs.

Though the European air-carrier said that simplify the number of bag fee option from 108 to 6 despite some travellers will pay more. Until recently charged different checked -in baggage depending on weights up to 15kg and 20kg  and whether it is passenger's first or second bag and whether is low or peak season.

In addition the low cost airline claims that from now on up to 92% passengers will reap the benefits of the new policy and will get cutting bag charges by paying the same price of the initial booking whether they decide to add a second or third bag later.
