Delta Airlines: Office tickets to Cuba after 55 years


The first ticket office in downtown Havana opened its doors as Delta Airlines starts service on Dec 1 with three daily flights from New York  Atlant to Cuba.

After 55 years will carry customers and it is a pleasure to be able to offer our customers the oppurtunity to reconnect with families and to discover new destinations in the USA and the world said Jose «Pepe» Zapata Delta`s Airlines General Manager.

It seems media did good job as published 50 stories covering the landmark event. As reporters and editors met Zapata on Thursday and being provided of comprehensive view of Delta`s business and served as a platform to announce the opening of the ticket office.


Among the plans air-carrier purpose is to offer free wi fi access for ticket office customers to facilate researching travel options on delta.com as they wait to purchase their tickets.
