Could be a
script for scientist fiction that a jet-liner would fly from United
Kingdom to USA in 11 minutes only but not its true this aircraft is
already a draft in Canada CNN reported

| Mr Bombardier expect that antipodes could cost over $150million to build |
Antipode the
hypersonic jet plane could fly from London to New York only in
11minutes according to the canadian engineer Charlie Bobmardier who
unveils design concept for the new jet plane.
Furthermore
the jet concept - Antipode plane- could carry ten people and fly up
to 20.000klm per hour theoretically.
" I
wanted to create an aircraft concept capable of reaching its antipode
or diametrical opposite- as fast as possible"Bombardier told
Forbes.
However to do
so the antipode's wings will be incorporated with reusable rocket
boosters that would help the plane to reach up to 40.000ft and fly at
the speed of Mach 5.
Scramejet
engine, a different type of engine, will power the plane. But
scramjet engines will burn oxygen from the atmosphere instead of
having to carry heavy tanks full of oxygen.
Despite the
new aerodynamic technology and the atmospher air burning
International Business Times reported that Bombardier's earlier
design the Screemn aircraft that flacked because of extreme heat from
air fiction and the huge sonic boom it will create an over land. So
Bombardier in order to adress those concerns was contacted Hazeltine
engineer of Wyles which provide techniqal support both to
N.A.S.A.and U.S.Department of Defence.
Hazeltine's
suggestion is called L.P.M. in other words an aerodynamic technique
the Long Perpetration Mode would channel air flowing over the
aircraft via a gap at the front and on to the wings and nose.
